Anne has been a certified personal trainer on Cape Cod for over 20 years. She has a wide range of experience training individuals and groups as well as teaching aerobics, spinning, and bootcamps. Outside of the gym she enjoys walking her three dogs on trails and beaches around the Cape. During the summer you most likely find her on the boat with her husband and three children.
